A couple of notes:
Being soft and thin at the tip, it can easily fall out when initially inserted, so it does pay to slide the hand along the toy when inserting and keeping a firm grip. Once past the first 5-10 cm this is less of an issue.
It is very long, and reasonably wide at the insertable base. Take your time getting used to it. Don’t push in aggressively, to avoid internal bruising, and skin tearing around the anus as it stretches to take all the toy inside. If you are not used to a toy of this size, you may experience some minor bleeding around the sphincter area.
